Negotiation/Bargaining Committee
This committee is formed at least 6 months prior to the end of the current Collective Agreement. Members are nominated and voted in an appropriate General Membership Meeting. Due to current Collective Agreement limitations, Local 4370 is limited to only having 2 members in each program area (residential, ISE, Day options, SIL, Respite). The committee will dissolve at the ratification of the collective agreement they are bargaining for.

Social Committee
The Social Committee is responsible for organizing all social, cultural, and recreational activities of the Local Union, either on the committee’s own initiative or as a result of decisions taken at membership meetings. The social committee goal is to encourage member engagement, creating a sense of togetherness and solidarity. The committee will have 1 executive member to ensure code of conduct and proper procedure is being followed as well as to assist with any needs the committee may have.
