Brian Biggers Memorial Scholarship
CUPE Local 4370 has been profoundly shaped by the remarkable leadership of our longtime president, Brian Biggers. In memory of his invaluable contributions and legacy, we are honored to establish the Brian Biggers Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship offers an opportunity for the children of current or deceased members to receive one of two $1,000 scholarships to support their post-secondary education.
